• Orbital Scene does not require an account.
• We do not currently use advertising trackers or behavioural profiling.
• We do not intentionally collect user profile information through the analytical instrument.
• If a user submits feedback, we process the text they provide.
• Technical information may be processed automatically by hosting and security infrastructure where necessary to operate and protect the site.

Feedback is voluntary and is used solely to review and improve Orbital Scene.

Please do not include personal, confidential, sensitive or case-identifiable information.

If submitted, information may be received through the site's feedback-delivery and email infrastructure.

We process limited information where necessary to:

• receive and review feedback;
• respond where necessary if a user contacts us directly;
• operate, secure and maintain the website; and
• comply with legal obligations.

Where personal information is processed for feedback, site operation or security, we generally rely on legitimate interests in operating, protecting and improving Orbital Scene, unless another legal basis is required by law. Where processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, we rely on that obligation.

We do not sell personal information.

Limited information may be processed by service providers used to host, secure or deliver the website and feedback, only as necessary to provide those services.

We keep feedback and related correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to review it, improve the project, resolve any issue raised, and meet legal or record-keeping requirements.

Some technology service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this occurs, we rely on the safeguards made available by those providers and applicable data-protection law.

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to request access to or correction of personal information, deletion where applicable, restriction of processing, or to object. You may also make a complaint about how personal information is handled.

Orbital Scene does not currently use analytics or advertising tracking. We have not implemented a non-essential cookie-consent layer because the current product does not intentionally use non-essential tracking cookies. If this changes, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated.

Hosting and security infrastructure may still use strictly necessary technical storage to operate and protect the site.
